TAX REFUND INCENTIVE PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.PROMOTION OVERVIEW

This Tax Refund Incentive Promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Autova Used Cars, LLC ("AUTOVA") to eligible customers and is governed by these Tax Refund Incentive Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of participation in the Promotion and are binding upon all participants.

2.PROMOTION PERIOD

This Promotion is valid from March 1, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. ET to May 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). AUTOVA reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.

3.ELIGIBILITY

The Promotion is open to Qualifying Individuals that purchase a vehicle from AUTOVA during the Promotion Period. “Qualifying Individual” means any person who:

•Is a legal resident of the United States;

•Is 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license;

•Has received or will receive a federal or state tax refund for the current or immediately preceding tax year;and

•Purchases a vehicle from AUTOVA during the Promotion Period.

Employees of AUTOVA, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. PROMOTION DETAILSQualifying Individuals shall receive a discount on the purchase price of a qualifying vehicle in an amount equal to their tax refund, up to but in no event exceeding Five Hundred dollars ($500) ("Incentive Discount"). To qualify for the Incentive Discount, Qualifying Individuals must provide documentation verifying their tax refund amount, which may include:

•Official tax return transcript from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS);

•Copy of filed tax return with proof of filing; or

•Official tax refund check or direct deposit confirmation.

The Incentive Discount will be applied at the time of purchase and will be reflected as a reduction in the purchase price on the final sales agreement. Failure to provide adequate evidence of a tax refund will disqualify participants from receiving the Incentive Discount.

Unless expressly prohibited by the terms of another promotion by AUTOVA, nothing shall prohibit a Qualified Individual from receiving the Incentive Discount in addition to other AUTOVA discounts or promotions during the Promotion Period. Please consult with a sales representative for details on compatibility with other offers.

5.LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Qualifying Individuals may only receive one (1) Incentive Discount per household during the Promotion Period.

This Promotion is not valid on prior sales or leases.

The Incentive Discount applies only to the purchase price of the vehicle and cannot be applied to taxes, title fees, registration fees, AUTOVA fees, or any other charges.

Participation in this Promotion is not required to purchase a vehicle from AUTOVA. Customers may purchase vehicles at regular prices without participating in this Promotion.

AUTOVA reserves the right to verify the authenticity of all tax refund documentation. Fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification from the Promotion and may lead to legal action.

The Incentive Discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or other consideration.

Qualification for the Incentive Discount is not contingent upon financing approval.

AUTOVA IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH, SPONSORED, OR ENDORSED BY THE INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE. AUTOVA DOES NOT PREPARE OR ASSIST WITH THE PREPARATION OF TAX RETURNS OR PERSONAL FINANCES. TAX REFUND INFORMATION IS USED SOLELY TO VERIFY ELIGIBILITY FOR THIS PROMOTION AND IS NOT RETAINED AFTER VERIFICATION.

6.GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of AUTOVA, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.

AUTOVA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion if it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond AUTOVA's control or if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond AUTOVA's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

All personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used in accordance with AUTOVA's Privacy Policy.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

7.LIMITATION OF LIABILTIY

Qualifying Individuals agree that AUTOVA, its subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, representatives, and any other parties involved in the development, production, or distribution of this Promotion (collectively, "Released Parties") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the Qualifying Individual’s participation in the Promotion or the acceptance of any Incentive Discount. In no event shall the Released Parties' total liability to any entrant for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the actual retail value of the Incentive Discount provided to the Qualifying Individual.

8.GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the state in which AUTOVA is located, in each case located within the Fourth Circuit, and each participant irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts in any such suit, action, or proceeding.
